2013
By 2013 CNN Money ranked Houston Heights fourth among big-city neighborhoods in America, and Heights household incomes had roughly doubled since 2000. The comeback the 1982 conversion bet on had arrived in full.
The building that was the Heights’ most imposing structure in 1930 now anchors one of the most desirable historic neighborhoods in Texas.
