The temple’s last recorded oration
1935
Shortly before his death in July 1935, lodge orator Frank E. Anderson delivered an address on John H. Reagan in the lodge rooms. It stands in the record as the temple era’s last documented oration.
Anderson was a storyteller in every sense; his obituary carried claims about his career that researchers have never been able to verify. What is certain is that the lodge buried him with honor, one month before the temple era closed.
